I have a manager approval view and an operations approval view as well. I want to change the controls from the drop-down to the selection that were populated and not lose the data. Is this possible? I am asking this as when I put everything into a section i thought i could make the section disable the section and make it read only but that doesn't seem to work and I cannot make the drop-downs read only. Any help would be appreciated. Dorinda
