I would highly recommend not touching it outside of having Word create it for you.

When creating the Word print view, you should have a (I could be wrong because its been a long time since I've done anything with them) panel on the side of your document where drag-and-drop the fields you want to display. The rest of it is just standard word formatting, etc.

WordPrint View

The hospital that I work for did not approve loading the InfoPath SDK onto my computer. Because I see so much potential for the application I am developing, I bought a laptop and bring that into the hospital to do my work on.

I installed the Wizard, registered the two files, and ran the wizard. However, when it comes time to develop the xsl stylesheet in word, I am clueless as to what to do.

I figured I should add the Table name. Then if you right click in the upper corner, you can add a field. To me, me being code retarded, this should be enough to get some sort of readout after creating the xsl document, and adding it to the printview of the page I am trying to print. However, when I go to print it, the page is blank. Are there any tutorials on How to create the XSL stylesheet?
