Looking for ideas on creating an InfoPath application in
which the users could dynamically add new approval stops based on new
conditions.

When creating an InfoPath application to handle various
kinds of requests, one is faced with the concept of statically defining what
can be requested, the specific approval stops, etc.

Some of this information can become more dynamic by adding
look up tables of information based on conditions such as the specific item
being requested, selections made by the user using the InfoPath controls, etc.

But the bottom line is that in most cases, the actual
business rules tend to be hard coded into the application.

This limits the user of the application to going back to the
developer every time a new business strategy develops, personnel changes, roles
change, etc.

Have you found strategies to use in InfoPath when attempting
to create applications with more flexibility for the user to be able to add,
change, or delete business rules without changing the actual InfoPath
application?
