I have done a day and a half of research on the web trying different suggestions, to no avail.</p><ul><li>Created a job requisition form in InfoPath 2010.</li><li>Created a &quot;Jobs&quot;&nbsp;SharePoint 2010 list with the following fields: Title (job title); Salary; Job Description; Essential Job Functions &amp; responsibilities; Minimum Requirements; Additional Desired Qualifications</li><li>Each of these fields in SharePoint 2010 are&nbsp;&nbsp;Enhanced rich text &quot;(Rich text with pictures, tables, and hyperlinks)&quot;</li><li>In InfoPath I created a Data Connection to the SharePoint list that &#39;sees&#39; all of the above fields in the list</li><li>In the InfoPath form, in the field &quot;Title&quot; I created a dropdown that is connected to the data source and pulls the titles from the list.</li><li>Created rules that follow this article - <a href="http://www.bizsupportonline.net/infopath2003/autofill-fields-infopath-dropdown-selection-secondary-data-source.htm">http://www.bizsupportonline.net/infopath2003/autofill-fields-infopath-dropdown-selection-secondary-data-source.htm</a></li></ul><p>Works&nbsp;ALMOST perfectly.</p><p>When the rules run, the data populates as expected and&nbsp;it LOSES all formatting.</p><p>I have done extensive research&nbsp;and can&#39;t located anything that fixes these issues.&nbsp;Is there a solutions that fixes this that doesn&#39;t involve Visual Studio? Although, I do&nbsp;have&nbsp;it, I don&#39;t know what to do with it unless I have a step-by-step.&nbsp;</p><p>FYI, I am the admin and have access to&nbsp;the SP server, so permissions are not an issue.&nbsp;</p><p>Desperately seeking a solution.
