I'm a big newbie with InfoPath and I'm trying to figure out how to do the following.

I need to create a form with a long list of questions, the answer to the each question, a status of each question, whether not there are any potential issues for each question, a description of the potential issues for each question, and whether each question has received management approval or not.

I've created an Access table to capture the above information with these columns: PROJECT, QUESTION, ANSWER, STATUS, POTENTIAL_ISSUES, ISSUE_DESC, MGMT_APPROVAL.

So for each project, the same questions will appear on the form and the name of the project will be stored in the database along with the question, answer, status, potential issue, issue description and whether or not a manager has approved it.

I'm honestly not sure where to start with getting the questions to appear on the form at page load and have them insert into the database along with their other corresponding fields when the form is submitted.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
