When I print from design view(preview) it prints as intended, 2 pages and with the desired footer. When I publish that form, and print from iShare, it gives me 3 or 4 pages and does not have the footer anywhere.</p><p>the preview form and the published form were both&nbsp;filled out with identical values.&nbsp;</p><p>How do I fix this?</p>
