Set up a seperate data connection for each of your libraries

Add a button to your form and label it submit, add a couple of rules to it:

Rule 1:
Condition: Dropdown = option1
action: submit using data connection 1

rule 2:
condition : dropdown = option 2
action: submit using data connection 2

Re: Concat URL and field data

Hi Patrick

Thanks for the reply.

I do have sharepoint.

It is at my work and not on my home laptop.

Sounds like it is do able.
If you have SharePoint, this is pretty easy to do by way of a workflow that copies the item and then deletes the original.

If you don't have SharePoint, you can write some code or use qRules to dynamically change the URL on the fly. There's a free trial of the qRules plugin available on our Qdabra dot com site.

Feel free to email us via support at qdabra dot com if you need help. qRules comes with a free hour of support.

Best,

Concat URL and field data

Hello all..First post here

I am new to infopath and have seen a need to place completed forms into different directories or libraries.

For example

url +directory1

or

url + directory2

In field 2 of my form I have a drop down box with 2 options.

the options are "directory1" and "directory2"

I am unable to get this data connection working.

Is there a solution out there and could someone share this with me please.

Thanks in advance

Sam
