The fields are mandatory so the user could not have left them blank, so there must be something else.</p><p>Any ideas anyone?</p><p>This is required for our Audit purposes&nbsp;so its pretty&nbsp;crucial.</p><p>Thanks in advance.&nbsp;</p>
