I developed a purchase requisition form for my company in InfoPath that has been working out wonderfully the past month. I set the form to be full trust and signed the certificate on May 6th and it just expired on June 6th. I started getting calls from employees saying they didn't have permission to access the form template on our Sharepoint site and I told myself "Oh, no problem, I'll just upload a new form template with another month-long certificate". Worked great.

But a HUGE problem has now ensued. We use our Sharepoint site to save our finished purchase requisitions. The PR's from last month are no longer able to be accessed by anyone because they were done on the previous form with the old 5/6/14-6/6/14 certification. This is bad because these old forms need to be accessed at any time in the future. These certificates just seem unnecessary and frustrating. I am relatively new to InfoPath and certs, so am I doing something wrong here? How do I apply new certificates to tons of forms that were filled out long ago? Help!
