insert row in repeating table from another repeating table

Hi
My form is based on a webservice template (submit) Infopath 2010 - browser enabled.
I also use the webservice as secondary data source to retrieve data. Everything is stored in sql db.

Problem: I have one repeating table with a drop-down box. Choice is from my webservice.
I need to submit the Id from the choice to another repeating table which is the actual submit to webservice.

So when a new row is added to my first repeating table I need a new row in the second repeating table and submit the choice Id.

qRules? Vb?
