It submitted successfull without any errors. However, when reviewing details from the forms Library, that column/field is not visible. </p><p>Please advise how I can make this field visible.&nbsp;I am just wondering where the attached document was&nbsp;saved to.</p><p>Any pointers&nbsp;would be appreciated.</p><p>&nbsp;Regards,</p><p>Luke</p>
