It has not been used as of yet, and they want to start using it. However this person did not create it from a SharePoint list and went straight to custom form. So there is nothing this form is attached to. It has over 75 fields on it, and I really do not want to have to start over. Is there a way to create a list from this form, that does not already exist? Any help would be great. Thanks Paula
