I've added a 'clear' rule to the attached form.
But still not quite right. I have uploaded an example to similar I am having trouble with. Please see attached. Maybe it has rules not complete?

I have a infopath form. On this there is a drop down box with 13 different sections. i.e if a user wants a new mobile, transfer account, lost device, or cancel account.

Originally i had each individual 13 sections hidden based on conditional formatting. But if a user clicks another option, the drop down value doesn't clear. And the issues when the form is submitted the dropdown choice in the email will be incorrect to the updated value.

Then I have tried to use choice section. But this you cant customized the commands to send the command to add the new section.

Any ideas?
