If necessary, our moderators will make sure it gets classified in the correct board.enCommunityServer 2007 SP3 (Build: 31118.962)https://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/thread/96404.aspxWed, 12 Mar 2014 02:18:43 GMT033a2e2d-04e2-4a9d-be01-a4634161eefd:96404wapfunz0https://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/thread/96404.aspxhttps://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/commentrss.aspx?SectionID=41&PostID=96404<p>Hi,</p><p>This is a - can it be done question.</p><p>Form has many fields (say 20)&nbsp;to which a canidate is requested to fill, 1= i&#39;m terible to 6 =&nbsp;i&#39;m the greatest, for each criteria - a coloured horizontal bar .</p><p>The form is then sent / linked to the manger, who cannot see what the canidate has filled - fills out their appraisal with their views on the employees&nbsp;performance.</p><p>Both sit together and look at the form which now shows the two results and has a third.</p><p>They combined / look at the two results, and agree to disagree etc and finally&nbsp;agree on a third result - so we now have 3 fields for each feild , so to speak.</p><p>Performance review is saved and cannot be edited.</p><p>This looks like&nbsp; allot of work to me, because all I can think of is say&nbsp;20 questions x 3 and result stored.</p><p>Show and hide etc - tricky.</p><p>What do others think - is there an easier way? to fill - then&nbsp;hide, fill a different result, hide, show both - then fill a third - and on for the next 20.</p><p>Maybe this&nbsp;not for an infopath form?</p>
