Here is how it could work:

We have an external (Oracle or SQL) database, where we have all the leaders and their current location on the company.
We query the current user from his/her winlogon, and we have here his/her data (location) in the form, and we would like to be able to automatically choose the leader of the current user (matching there locations) - but if necessary he/she could change it from the dropdown list, in case they moved department. Is it possible to do in IP 2013?

Thanks for your answers in advance,
