So, here is the issue I have and I was wondering if anyone could help me.... I have created a form where I have 2 numeric fields (integers) where the user
enters a 10 digit number in each field. Then the difference between the
two gets calculated (field2 minus field1) +1. These 10 digit numbers are
for card ranges, so let say, the user enters in field1 the first card #
in the range, i.e. 1234567890, and then in the other field (field2), the
card number 1234567891. The difference is 2, that is, two cards in the
range.... I'm just trying to figure out a way to make both, field1 and
field2 to display the data as following 12345 67890 once the user has
entered the 10 digit number and still be a valid format so the
calculated field does not give me an error.

I'm not very
experienced with InfoPath so I'm not sure that it is even possible...
I've actually worked with Adobe LiveCycle Designer and what I'm trying
to accomplish is a very simple task in LiveCycle, so I was hoping it
would also be doable in InfoPath....

Attached is a pdf/zipped version of what I want to accomplish.

BTW, I'm totally open to the suggestion of changing the 2 numeric fields (Field1 and Field2) to text fields if that's how it would work... Also, the card numbers always start with the current year i.e. 2014 so never a zero will be used as a first digit.

Thank you very much for your help!!!
