The form has 2 data sources from the same database.&nbsp; the first is the record log, the second is an informational table set up with office numbers that I was trying to find a way to populate the related table information to a text box that I would then use the concat fx in the email address under the submit feature.&nbsp; I can not figure out one of two options...</p> <p>1. auto populate an email address from a concat function... ex.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Combo box = Office1&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Text box = Office1abc&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; email concat fx = <a href="mailto:Office1abc@somewhere.com">Office1abc@somewhere.com</a></p> <p>2. Give the users after the submit button is pushed the option to manually input their required email addresses.</p> <p>&nbsp;I have tried to find an internal address connection to Outlook, but it appears as though my systems admin has deactivated that feature.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
