It's published to the client's SharePoint 2010 portal. They access the portal (and the form) via Citrix, and they are still on InfoPath 2007.

The most recent version of the form template uses a Form Load rule and a Data Connection to the GetUserProfileByName service to set the current user in the form's admin fields. For Reasons, I have a translate function in place that then converts the user's name from mixed case to all lowercase and then sets the value of another field to that value.

In a previous version of the form template, I accidentally included a typo in this translate function, causing users with a capital "R" in their AD username to be converted to lowercase incorrectly with a "q" instead of an "r". This was fixed several versions of the template ago, but I there is one user who now is unable to open the form. Whenever he attempts to do so, he gets a SOAP response error that "A user with the account name [mis-translated name here] could not be found"...

Although it seems weird to me, I assumed this was a caching issue, but when this user logs into his Citrix profile and access the form from a different PC, he is able to access and complete the form with no trouble.

I'm at a loss as to what to do next.. any insight would be much appreciated.
