Repeating Tables, People Picker and Double Eval

I have a people picker in a repeating table: People Picker, Title, Phone, Email.

I am trying to parse the information so I can concatenate a statement: DisplayName1 at Phone1 or DisplayName2 at Phone2 ....

I have DisplayName1 at Phone1 or DisplayName2 at Phone1 but as u can see Phone2 is the same as Phone1.

My formula is: substring(eval(eval(DisplayName, 'concat(substring-before(., "."), " ", substring-after(., "."), " at ", /my:AllFields/my:ReviewerInfo/my:ReviewerPhone, " or ")'), ".."), 1, string-length(eval(eval(DisplayName, 'concat(substring-before(., "."), " ", substring-after(., "."), " at ", /my:AllFields/my:ReviewerInfo/my:ReviewerPhone, " or ")'), "..")) - 4)
