Are you setting them on the form within a drop down control? Are they being pulled down from a SharePoint list?</p><p>If the updates are being made to the controls on the form directly, are the same changes being made to each view of the form? Are you then publishing your new forms to a SharePoint library.</p><p>If you want to record the values of the drop down selection and not have them change. Please, keep in mind that I have no experience with this program and am working with very little technical information about the computers that are running it. I am having problems with my drop-down menus in my forms. They are simply not saving the most recent form updates. The forms that I am using are updated every 3 months with new user information, and the only thing that changes from form to form is the actual wording of each drop-down label/text option. For example, 3 months ago &quot;note-taking&quot; was an option in a form drop-down menu. Now, the same form reads &quot;student note-taking.&quot; Will this minor change in drop-down menu content be enough of an issue to cause my forms not to save the latest update? Will this change cause other issues? I ask because every time I open my files, the forms appear to have been reset--instead of having saved the latest updates. I am working with Infopath 2010. Many of the files are really old, at least since 2007, so there could be compatibility issues. But shouldn&#39;t all of my forms be working properly if I have Infopath 2010? Any information helps.
