There are multiple locations that report to this consolidated file and updates are made every few months. A few of the columns in the file are "ID", "Last Name", "First Name", "Location", & "Position". What I'm trying to do is when the user opens the form and types in the ID, a vlookup type function finds that ID in the excel file/sharepoint list and pulls in the data for the rest of the columns. Is this possible? I need the columns to populate based on if the ID is filled in OR the Last Name AND First Name are filled in.

I have it working for the first row of data but because I need a repeating table (since the users will be inputting 30+ rows of headcount) the vlookup doesn't work for each row after. Everytime I enter in a new ID the information from the first row populates every time.

Thanks!
