I have created a basic *Holiday Request* form which, as it stands, isn't practical but it does show me how to get InfoPath (2010) and SharePoint Server (2010) and SharePoint designer (2010) working together - sort of.

In Infopath: I have created, promoted some fields and published the form

In SharePoint: Designer: I have created a workflow (extremely basic but works) to send an email to a designated member of staff. I.e. I added a couple of fields to the email that show the start date and end date of the requested holiday period.

What I would like to do know is have some sort of a list in SharePoint that contains HTML or CSS styles that format the email when it sends it. I tried to use the reusable content list but I can't see how to use it.. When the workflow sends the email it will look at the list and format the email accordingly.

First, I apologise if this is vague but I will elaborate if needed. Secondly I apologise again if this has been asked and answered but I did try to search but I wasn't sure if I was using the correct terms and last, but not least, thirdly please be gentle with me. I don't want you to do it for me just for some pointers as to where to look.
