Problems with openening infopath filler forms in Infopath 2013 from SharePoint (Online)

When we publish InfoPath forms to SharePoint and SharePoint online we have problems opening this forms in InfoPath filler. First time when i open a form it gives a error: “Error in Microsoft Office, This action cannot be executed because Office doesn’t recognize the task” after i open it the second time it opens it in InfoPath Designer 2013.

What ive tested:

- SharePoint 2013 on premise and in SharePoint Online

- Pubished it to a library

- Manually uploaded it to a library

- Changed all SharePoint settings for webapplication and library to: "Open in client"

- Office Professional 2013 installed from my Office 365 account

- Office Professional 2013 installed from a media DVD

- Tested it on multiple laptops/ tablets but all with the same result.

When i open the form, from my desktop it opens in filler..

i opened InfoPath 2010 compatible forms with InfoPath 2010 from SharePoint.. there it opens InfoPath forms without any problem in the InfoPath filler 2010.

Anyone that had the same problem, or maybe knows a solution? This problem is buggering me for a few weeks now.. and cant find the right solution for it...
