The data is a State Information tool. The information per state is different per site (2 sites with an all view), and are seperated via two categories "Auto" and "Property". To make this asthetically pleasing, I'm using InfoPath 2010 to display only, not to submit the data to the List.

There are 3 Picture Button tabs at the top (All Sites, Personal Market, Commercial Market), an Auto and Property Picture Button, and a list of states utilizing Picture Buttons (for looks).

I need to be able to change the query string around based on what the user chooses to filter it by. How can this be accomplished via picture buttons/buttons instead of a drop down menu? I'm a SharePoint and InfoPath newbie.
