What I have is form for the input of a product. There is a brand, a product, and a container drop down that are referenced from an Access Database table.

I have a field that is the concatenation of these three fields to query for a SKU product number.

I can send this data up and then reload with a query of the info I am submitting, but what I am trying to do is compare that concatenation against a table to see if it is a real product before I submit it.

I think what I am trying to do is input a parameter to a query, which I don't think I can do with Access, I think I need SQL or a Sharepoint web services (which right now is not an option).

Maybe there is a web to have a static list in the form that I can compare the datafield to, for the condition of a rule?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, we are a small business and I wear a lot of hats.
