I'm not quite sure yet, but is this a cascading drop-down list where the child drop-down (List B) is dependent on the parent drop-down (List A)? And when submitting an evaluation, List B will receive the form and will have a corresponding column containing the title (look up) from List A? Or would there be another SharePoint List which would receive the evaluation form with corresponding columns for List A and List B?

If possible, kindly attach a sample form or some screen shots.

Filter List by Contents of another list

Hello,

I have two libraries: A and B, and two corresponding forms: A and B. Library A contains form template A, and Library B contains form template B.

Library A has a bunch of forms in it already with titles. Library B is going to contain evaluations of the forms in A.

In form B, I have a drop down menu which lists all the titles of the forms in library A.

When I submit the evaluation form (form B), I'm naming it with the same title as the document in library A (which is chosen in the drop down menu).

Here's what I want to do: I want to filter the drop down menu in Form B so that it only shows Titles that are in Library A ONLY and NOT currently in library B.

I have tried to filter the list by saying "Display data that meets the following conditions: LibraryA (secondary): Title is not equal to LibraryB(secondary): Title", but this doesn't seem to work.

Thanks for the help
