You'll want to search on the double eval technique and create a rule that concatenates all values together not as they are adding them, but at the end just before they submit it.

Here's a link: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/infopath/archive/2006/04/05/569338.aspx

Adding Data to a field from a repeating table....

This might be a little hard to explain.

Precursor:
-I have a repeating table with a few fields.. one of which being a calculated field that brings back an email address from a list.
-I then set a new normal text field (still within the repeating section) to default to what that field brings in (this way I have the email address in a true text field I can reference, rather than just a calculated field.)

Problem:
-I want to be able to take all of those email addresses, and concatenate them into one field that I will use as the "To:" field of my email alert (Emails sent through Infopath, not SP).
-I only want the email address added if the Status field is set to "Submit to Planner".

What I get now:
Originally I had set it up so that once you select "Submit to Planner" in the status field.. it concatenates the existing email field with the email field.
concat(H1-CLEmailList, G12-CalculatedEmail2, "; ") [H1 is the destination field. G12 is the field within the calculated table that I want to keep adding in]
This works... when I add a new line and set the status to "Submit to Planner", it succesfully adds the new email address.

The Gotcha...
-As I have it... once a user sets the status to "Submit to Planner" if a user then CHANGES the status.... there's nothing to tell the final email field to REMOVE that email address.... and I can't seem to think of a way to get it removed. Since I have it setup as a concatenate, it's a bit "dumb" in that it no longer associates that email address added to anything.
I've tried messing around with the "current()" function, but that seems to bring in more data than I want.

Any help here would be appreciated. I understand I'm looking to do a pretty niche thing. Perhaps I've gone about it the wrong way.
Thanks in advance!
