A slightly better approach is to insert just the number of rows that you need and have a rule on insert that copies the values from the secondary data source list based on an ID.

To do the insert requires a little code or our qRules plugin.

Easy to do though. We've demoed this a million times. You should just attend our Thursday webinar and ask your question at the end and I'll demo the technique.

I need the values in a secondary repeating table because I want to add check boxes and comments, but I do not want to edit the SP List values, just want to use them as captions. I understand this is not possible using rules. I have added the SPList as a secondary data source and placed it on the form, but I am not able to get the values from SPList DataSource into my repeating table.

Any suggestions?
