I'm on the next phase of my project...

I have my Infopath form working and am now looking to setting up a database to house the saved form data as xml. This might be more of an Access question but I though I would see what suggestions come back.

The idea is to save the form data as xml then import each "quote" (as in quoting for how much a training course will be) into an Access database which will then be linked to a Word doc with a mail merge function to then generate a PDF to send to the customer. Simple enough I thought! But noooo....... not really. The problem I have is the xml data imports fine, but it's all in separate tables. This means the link to the Word doc can only be done with one table. I have tried various ways to set it up in Access but the problem lies in the xml structure (in my opinion!).

What I would like to ask is if anyone out there can suggest a way to have the xml import into Access as one table?

As I said, this is probably more an Access question but there might be another solution in the way of structuring the xml or the way the form is set up.

So, the form is fairly straight forward with some sections grouped in folders and one repeating table. I have thought about putting all the form fields out into the root structure but the repeating table must be in it's own folder...

Any suggestions would be welcome and if this isn't suitable for this forum just ignore it! Thanks :)
