I've tried first creating the column in the form library, then promoting the same field when publishing to the form library. I've also repeated the same steps, but publishing as a content type. I saw a post on here describing the steps, but they didn't seem to clear.

Is there a clear set of steps to get these InfoPath fields to show up as association fields/columns for a SP Designer reusable workflow?

Thanks,
