They're still available on the Microsoft site. We've developed ~10 weekly timesheets over the years including one we use for internal timekeeping. I'd be happy to show you the nuts and bolts. Just let me know.

Truly,

Re: Any ideas on how to created a Weekly TimSheet

As for the source fields that your form will map to, yes you may be looking at having to create each time slot manually. The initial effort may be large, but after that infrastructure is in then you can have more flexibility in how you design your logic for calculating totals for a day, for the whole week, etc. If you go with repeating sections (you could make a repeating section for each week or day or within one day), then I think you can do sum calculations over the repeated items as well to get totals, and auto-populate a total field based on rules. This video is the one I was referring to in my last post which is an excellent intro to applying repeating tables to a business requirement. And here's another video that demos a timesheet in InfoPath that doesn't use repeating sections but also has integration with Excel. Hopefully that gives you some useful ideas.

Re: Any ideas on how to created a Weekly TimSheet

Start looking into Repeating Tables and Repeating Sections . These will become your best friend for a design like this. In fact, one of the first intro videos that I saw of to how to create Repeating Tables was a demo of a timesheet form, IIRC.

Any ideas on how to created a Weekly TimSheet

I have this time-sheet given to me by a client, attached, and need to add it SharePoint and add some automation with approvals and such.

As far as I can tell I am going to have to create a field for every entry witch is 16 fields x 14 days. I will end up with a very large list in SharePoint and lot of fields I have to repeatedly create.

Is there any easier way to do this? I cant see any way to create a group for day1 then copy it and rename the fields, I have to create each filed manually.

If anyone has any suggestions on the best way to do this it would be greatly appreciated.
