Outlook allows to create mailbox folders and public folders containing infopath form items. It allows to define an infopath form template whose promoted orm fields should be exposed in the explorer view.

This seems to work fine for form items that were received by email, whereas it doesn't seem to work for form items that were copied into the folder directly from the file system.

Is this meant to be like this by design, or is there a way to have the form field values appear in both cases in the explorer view just like it is possible to have document properties of office documents appear?

Thanks,
Mats
