I have a form built out that is browser based and associated with a SharePoint Library. On Submit - I have the FileName being formulated with the following formula.

concat(Vendor, " - ", Title, " - ", DisplayName, " - ", PrimaryDSU, " - ", SecondaryDSU)

My issue is that if the user fills out the form, realized that they made a mistake and needs to change the Vendor field for example, a new form is created. Is there any way to make this overwrite the existing form without creating a new form?

Thanks
