Name the field appropriately (like Ernesto suggested - CCEmail is a good name). Then in Data Connections, select the Email data connection. Click Modify. Walk through the data connection, when you get to the window where you can enter either a value for CC or click the fx button, click the fx button. In the formula editor select the button to insert a field or group. Select the new field you just added, and finish walking through the data connection.

Re: Enable the cc option in submit it is currently greyed out

thanks but not really. You can set the data connection to email this field as the CC recipient. Then, via form rules, you can dynamically change the value of the CC field, or even allow a user to type in a value into the field.

Hope this helps!

Enable the cc option in submit it is currently greyed out

Hi, I am trying to enable the cc option in the email submit section of the form. The "to" option of the submit is always sent to the same person but I need to enable the "cc" option to be able to be sent to any user in our exchange directory. I am sure this is easy but I have tried lots of options and still no go :(
