I am looking to create a form to support a process that requires a meeting between two people. What I would like the form to do is to cross reference the date and time field in the form against the outlook account for each person to see if there is a corresponding appointment in their accounts. I then want to use the list function within SharePoint to create a high level dashboard that provides the total number of forms completed against appointments booked in each persons outlook account.

We are currently using SharePoint 2010 and InfoPath 2010.

Or if there is a better way of performing this cross refering than what I am proposing?

Thanks

Scott
