If you change the file extension to CAB, you can open the CAB and see all the files. From there, you can copy the files out into a new folder. Open manifest.xsf in a text editor, like Notepad, and search for group49_143. Then you can delete any lines that refer to it. Save and close, then right click manifest.xsf and select Design.
