Having it attached to the Library itself is dangerous since if something goes wrong on the SharePoint side, you are out of luck with your InfoPath template as well. This is not a problem with views since I am looking at All Items (and I freshly created the Form Library as a test), and my Submit button is set up properly. What is going on here?
