So, if you generated an XML for each PIN, even if the user hadn't started it herself, that would solve your issue? We have a tool that can be used to generate XML from an Excel file - so you could get your SharePoint list data into Excel and generate XML for the rows you want. I'm also wondering if there is a way in a web part to kind of munge this data together - maybe like this?

Need to Find a Way to see who has completed Forms

Hello,

Not really sure where to start with this one. We are using Office 365, and I have InfoPath Libraries which I want to see if they have been filled completed based upon a PIN field.

here's the situation:

1) We have 5 Infopath forms and form Libraries.

2) These libraries are filled out by over 700 users. There are three fields in every library which are the same. The username, and they are each assigned 2 PIN numbers (one which is a unique PIN Number)

3) The filename for when the forms are filled out is based upon the unique PIN number and can be overwritten.

4) The Name and two PIN numbers are also located on a SharePoint list.

5) Each library has an field which shows "n" if the form has only been partially filled out, and "y" if it is completed. I made this field with the hope of being able to make sharepoint pages with Query webparts which would filter out forms that had ben completed ("y") or incomplete ("n"). The problem is that this does not do anything if someone has not even STARTED to fill the form out yet, because the library will not have any document for that PIN number yet.

6) I then thought I could just prepopulate each of the libraries from the list, but I cannot easily do this (and don't know how) because lists are not document based. This would have solved the problem as then every form would have had a document for the unique PIN number (blank).

So I am kind of stuck where to go from here.

We need to be able to see what forms each user has completed. I thought at first I could just use a query web part and filter out each library to show only
