Right now I"m exporting from Access and posting this in Excel format in a SP Shared Docs and then people email me the changes. For a record set that is almost 4000 records and can vary monthly by +/- 300 records, this is way to manual.

I ideally would like to take these files (natively Excel), do the manipulation I have to do, post them on SharePoint, set up a workflow in SP to notify them of monthly validation via email (this I know how to do), and then have managers have access to an InfoPath form that they can update and view the data in a user-friendly way.

The problem I'm having is that for this to work in a form library (copying records from Excel in datasheet mode), I'd have to have a form created for 4000 records that change every week/month. Is there any way to make a process like this work?

I'm probably not making much sense, so let me know where I need to clarify. I have a very out-dated background in development, so I might need a little hand holding.

Thanks in advance!
