We'll have another free trial of 4.3 up soon that you can try, or email me via the forum if you'd like a trial copy sooner and I can get you one.

Trying to submit an IP 2010 browser document-based form with repeating sections to SP 2010 Form Library AND a separate List.

I have a InfoPath 2010 form with repeating sections, which is a farm admin approval-based form already created and currently submitting to a SharePoint 2010 Form Library. I also want to submit the data in the fields to a separate Custom List everytime the user Submits the form. I have tried the receive secondary data source to the list with CAML process of using an XML file and a Web Service Submit secondary to the Main Submit to the form library. The Custom List has different labled columns (for ease of use on a list) corresponding to each field on the form. So far, I do not know how to map the List columns to the appropriate data fields on the form, and using Rules to Submit to multiple sources (form and list), I get a SOAP exception error when trying to Submit that the List is not found. (would getting the farm admin to re-approve possibly fix this?) I have double checked the GUID of the list and verified it is correct in the default value of the ListName field. Am I on the right track or should I be taking a different route to get the results I want? I have no problem if the solution requires code using a VSTA solution or a procedure I can write in C# and Visual Studio. Since the List has different column names or even if they were the exact same syntax the adding of a Repeating Table containing all the List fields is obtrusive to the main form and requires some sort of mapping field for field. I thought maybe with Rules I could publish the List related repeating table on a different view and have the rules set the values of the List columns. However, then I have an issue with the fields that are in repeating sections not merging with previous data submitted to the List. Any help would be most welcome. If there is a way to pull the data from the Form Library to place it in a List, I could entertain that solution but I'm not sure where I would start with that either.
