Those "Catastrophic failure" messages are quite difficult to troubleshoot. I don't really have any advice, but let us know what you find.

Yep it does. What I tried doing is I deleted the views that were causing the issue and pasted them again (3 or 4 different views). The error message disappeared, but when I tried to preview the form I got a new error message:

The form definition (.xsf) file contains an error in the xsf:view element for the following view: 4.Approvals

This repeating table doesn't look too complex. Is the error pointing to this table specifically?

I try to create a specific InfoPath Web Browser Form. Recently what I have discovered while trying to push my changes to the SharePoint site - is that in the Design Checker - I am getting a following message: The View contains nested formatting which is not supported on InfoPath Forms Services.Examples of such formatting include heavily nested tables and heavily formatted text.

The form contains repeated tables, which worked before. Why is it so? Is anybody able to indicate / show me the examples of:

1) heavily nested tables.

2) heavily formatted text.

and how these could be resolved / fixed?
