I have been trying to concatenate the output of a field from a repeating section (not a repeating table - but a repeating section) to a single text field outside the table. The structure of the fields in question is such:

myFields
> group1
>> group2(repeating section)
>>> DepartmentCode

So, within the repeating section - group2 - there is a field - Department Code - that I want to concatenate the output of.)

I've been searching out other formulas and have tried numerous ones but none are working, however might it have something to do with the fact that its a repeating section and not a repeating table?

I've tried the formula in this posting: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/sharepoint2010customization/thread/4d65ac67-e020-4150-8613-ba0909d4f0bf but receive the error message of: Type mismatch. Error occurred during a call to property or method 'Eval'.
