I'm trying to create a rule that will pop up a warning message but not necessarily impede the user from submitting a form. I have a list of 12 items of which users will only need to rank the top 3. It's pretty much an optional section, but I wanted to put in some rules to warn them if, say, they only ranked 1 and 3 or 2 and 3. The plan was to sum up the fields and if it was less than 6 (1+2+3) then warn the user, you haven't ranked your top 3. BUT, I still want the user to be able to continue and submit the form.

Anyway to do this using just the rules?
Thanks!
