When it is complete it moves to another library where the forms are stored for filing and accessed from here if they are needed in the future.</p> <p>I want to be able to email the person who completed the form (the applicant) once the form is complete/ approved with a link to the form so they have a copy but in the workflow for the complete library how would i get the field from the the form to be able email the person who completed the form originally?</p> <p>If i email the user with a link to the form before it moves library, when you open the form from the email it comes up with an error because the form has moved. I just want to be able to return a form to the applicant once its complete and in the complete library. </p> <p>Does anyone have any ideas on how i can do this? Thankyou.</p>
