Lately, SPContext.Current has been returning null in the code behind of my InfoPath forms so I have been forced to use this.ServerInfo.SharePointSiteCollectionUrl to create my new SPSite object. What the disadvantages of using this.ServerInfo vs SPContext.Current? I know ServerInfo provides less SharePoint specific information, but as long as I can get my SPWeb object create, I can usually get all the info I need from that.
