The FormItem table has a FormItemID (PK), FormID (FK), Name, and Value. I'm using InfoPath 2010 with SQL Server 2008 R2 to create forms so the users can view/update the data. So basically, I have a Form that has many FormItems (that are really just name-value pairs). I want to design an InfoPath form and link each name/value pair to a specific, individual label/input control. How can I achieve this in InfoPath? InfoPath is currently treating the Name-Value pairs as a Repeating Table. How can I specify/filter the name of the value I want? I want to have a TextBox control that I can link to the value of a name-value pair (for example, I can get the value of the "FirstName" name-value field for the specific form).
