Yes, I'm using IP + SP 2007 and yes, the multi-selection list-box is backed by a secondary data source (Sharepoint List).

I believe Microsoft added the Multi-selection List Box control to InfoPath 2010 and make it browser-form compatible as well.

Re: Emulating Multi-selection List Box in Web Forms

You must be using IP / ShP 2007?

1) We'd like to have 3 level of information such as:
- Select (single) Level 1 (Drop-Down List Box)
- Select (single) Level 2, based on Level 1 selection (Drop-Down List Box)
- Select multiple items on Level 3 based on Level 2 selection
- Repeat the process for a different Level 1 selection (let's say the first selection of Level 1 is from Group_A, the second selection of Level 1 is from Group_B).
2) Prefer no-code if possible
This is what we tried so far:
- binding the 3rd-level with a repeating table and filter it based on Level 2 selection
The problem we're facing are as follows:
- We can't add a checkbox on the repeating table (perhaps this is setting issue on our part)
- We use a Repeating Section for Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 so we can add another selection of Level 1, this Repeating Section (when adding a new section) erases the Repeating Table (filtered) Level 3 (display only Level 1 and Level 2 selection)
Any suggestions?
