InfoPath 2003 Enter data into fields on the form then copy entered data to a repeating table on the same form

I have a infopath form with data connections set up to a sharepoint list and using an xml batch file I have been able to use the data source of the xml to create a repeating table on the form into which I enter data and on submit the information is passed to the sharepoint list.

What I need to do is place text fields onto the infopath form so that I can validation the information input by the user. Once all the fields have been filled I need to be able to transfer some of the fields data to my repeating table so that on Submit all the informatiom will be added to a document library on sharepoint and the fields in the repeating table will be added to a list.

The reason I need to do this is the infopath form is used to book a conference room and each field has validation on it so that the user can only request the facilities available for the conference room selected. However there is no facility on the form to cater for recurring bookings which is where the transfer of information to my repeating table comes in. Once the information is added to the list, it is shown on sharepoint as a calendar view which will then allow recurring bookings to be actioned and it is this view the user uses to first see if the room is available prior to booking.
