The form name is determined by the value of a select box. If a user wants to edit the submitted form they find it in the library, they open it, modify it and resubmit it again. The good thing about the submit button is that it overwrites the old version with the same name. </font></p><font size="3" face="Times New Roman"> </font><p style="margin:0in 0in 10pt;" class="MsoNormal"><font size="3" face="Calibri">I found a user who has been saving (save as) the form back to the library rather than pressing the submit button. There now exist 3 forms with different names. I can fix this by deleting the older 2 and renaming the form to the correct convention.
