We have about seven managers he has to so this for each time someone new is hired. He dosn't actualy schedule anything on a calendar or set any meetings.

So I thought I might create an InfoPath form he could fill out as part of the OnBording proces. HR would enter the Managers Name, Date and Time and the form would populate the Managers Outlook Calendar. Thats the key, it has to populate the Managers Outlook Calendar as they are to lazy to look at anything else.

So my question is... Is there anyway to have infopath populate an individuals outlook calendar?

Or does anyone have any other sugestions on how this might be done?

Thanks all!
